Ingredients
- ¾ cup (180 ml) coconut milk
- ½ cup (75 g) mango (fresh or frozen)
- ½ cup (80 g) pineapple (fresh or frozen)
- Juice of ½ lime (about 1 tbsp / 15 ml)
- Ice, as needed (optional)
Method
- Add coconut milk, mango, pineapple, and lime to a blender; blend until silky.
- Taste and adjust: more lime for zing, more coconut milk to thin, ice to chill/thicken.
