Ingredients
- 1 cup packed baby spinach
- 1 small banana
- ½ medium apple (cored) or 1 small
- 200–250 ml yogurt or plant milk
- 1 tsp honey or maple (optional)
- A squeeze of lemon or a pinch of fresh ginger (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Method
- Add yogurt/plant milk to the blender first, then spinach, apple, and banana.
- Blend until silky. Add ice to chill/thicken and sweeten to taste.
- Optional: brighten with a squeeze of lemon or a little fresh ginger.
