Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 small banana
- 1–2 tbsp oats
- 200–250 ml milk of choice
- 1 tsp honey or maple (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Method
- Add milk to the blender first, then berries, banana, and oats.
- Blend until smooth. Add ice to thicken/chill as you like.
- Sweeten to taste and serve.
